This Head Start Self Assessment Reporting System developed by Alan Guttman is adapted from and reflects the compliance measures in the FY 2013 OHS Monitoring System (OHSMS). It is for use by and may be adapted by Head Start programs. Please note that this is not a self assessment per se, but a self assessment reporting system adapted from the OHSMS. You may use it as a tool to help you and your program prepare for your federal monitoring review.  Contact Alan Guttman Consulting to request on-site self assessment and technical assistance services to support quality assurance and compliance at your organization.
